Some really big changes to this property meant that the previously dated and impractical rooms were knocked through to open the house up to the beautiful backyard. 3 good sized bedrooms and a family bath were also rebuilt on the southern side to allow for more space for the kids. New insulation to all the walls and ceilings as well as new cladding to the exterior will mean it’s a more energy efficient and comfortable house to live in.
The design centred around maintaining the avocado tree in the backyard and providing a strong connection with the living and alfresco to the garden. The result is an amazing sense of light, space and connection to the outdoors.
