A 70’s designed and built residence needed updating and extending to accommodate teenagers and make the most of the fabulous ocean views.
A third story addition of a master, ensuite and adult sitting room was designed and a complete remodel of the lower two floors to create a larger kitchen and more connected living spaces, generous balconies on both upper floors take in views of the ocean.
